This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver operational and administrative assistance for JVC's annual giving initiative.

• Oversee the production and implementation of annual fundraising campaigns, which include direct mail, email appeals, Giving Tuesday, and year-end fundraising efforts.

• Construct, test, and schedule fundraising emails utilizing JVC's email marketing system.

• Manage campaign timelines, mailing lists, print vendors, and production schedules.

• Assist with the reporting and tracking of campaign performance.

• Aid in the creation and organization of campaign materials and communication with donors.

• Coordinate the processes for donor acknowledgment and thank-you letters.

• Assist with stewardship mailings and recognition programs.

• Promptly respond to inquiries and requests from donors.

• Support donor appreciation initiatives and stewardship interactions throughout the year.

• Help maintain precise donor recognition and giving records.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of gifts.

• Maintain a clean and dependable donor database.

• Assist with fundraising events and enhance operational efficiency within the Development department.

• Collaborate with colleagues via phone, video conferencing, or other electronic platforms.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• One to three years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, advancement services, or administrative support.

• Proficiency with donor databases (Raiser's Edge NXT is preferred).

• Experience in coordinating projects that have multiple deadlines.

• Background in supporting fundraising campaigns or general development operations.

• Familiarity with Jesuit values (community, simplicity, social justice, spirituality).

• Willingness to promote the Catholic social justice tradition and Ignatian Spirituality.

• Strong professional, intercultural, and organizational communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proven leadership abilities and capacity to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.

• Demonstrated skill in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• Available to work evenings and weekends when necessary.

• Willingness to travel extensively nationally.

• Competence in operating a computer and other office equipment.
