Developer Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and improve web applications utilizing PHP

• Employ object-oriented programming principles and design patterns to create effective solutions

• Implement and utilize SOAP and RESTful web services

• Create and manage integrations with relational databases

• Generate and update technical API documentation using tools like Swagger

• Diagnose bugs, enhance performance, and refactor existing code

• Collaborate effectively using agile development practices

• Manage code versions with Git

• Engage in technical discussions and suggest ongoing enhancements to solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a degree in any discipline accompanied by a postgraduate qualification in IT

• Significant, demonstrable experience in PHP development

• Understanding of object-oriented programming in PHP

• Familiarity with design patterns

• Experience with jQuery, JSF (JavaServer Faces), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Capability to implement SOAP and REST web services

• Proficiency with API documentation tools such as Swagger

• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases

• Background in environments that employ agile methodologies

• Familiarity with Git

• Preferred: experience in implementing security solutions using Keycloak

• Preferred: experience with DevOps practices, including process automation and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)

• Preferred: experience with Elasticsearch

• Preferred: practical experience with Linux

• Preferred: experience with Apache Kafka
