This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Oversee the brokerage operations of eXp Realty in the state of Iowa.
• Assist agents in providing outstanding real estate brokerage services to clients.
• Serve as the Principal Broker for the state.
• Facilitate training sessions on contracts, risk management, licensing, and state real estate legislation.
• Promptly address agents’ requests for support.
• Collaborate and consult with agents and others to resolve challenging or intricate transaction issues.
• Assess contracts for adherence to legal and contractual obligations.
• Manage eXp’s State Trust Account in compliance with state regulations, when applicable.
• Work in conjunction with brokerage operations, regional operations, and legal teams to ensure conformity with relevant laws and regulations.
• Track state performance objectives and uphold accountability.
• Execute eXp’s Risk Management Program and associated risk management tools.
• Oversee eXp’s interactions with local REALTOR associations and Multiple Listing Services.
• Improve and ensure adherence to company-wide and state brokerage operations manuals.
• Foster innovation within brokerage operations to support the expanding agent base in the state.
• Engage potential agents who are interested in joining eXp.
• Collaborate with Managing Brokers to drive the overall success of eXp in Iowa.
• Mediate conflicts among eXp agents within the state, when necessary.
• Organize the distribution of incoming mail.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 12 years of related experience is preferred.
• Proven success as a supervising real estate broker for a medium to large firm.
• Familiarity with real estate brokerage at the state level.
• Strong aptitude for leading and motivating teams.

• Capability to implement systems and processes effectively.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of contracts, risk management, licensing, and state real estate laws.
• Understanding of REALTOR association membership and MLS participation.
• Ability to adhere to individual state license laws.
• Competence in conducting transaction reviews and compliance training.
