Design Studio Account Coordinator – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily direct email communication with customers of the Design Studio.

• Collect project requirements and offer tailored pricing estimates along with product recommendations.

• Support the Design Studio team in various tasks to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.

• Deliver prompt, precise, and courteous responses to customer inquiries.

• Assist customers with navigating the website, addressing product inquiries, resolving ordering and payment complications, tracking packages, and other related issues.

• Be available for phone conversations with design clients upon request.

• Act as a bridge between Artifact Uprising and its customer community.

• Aid in project vision, provide product information, and address product or service issues during the holiday season.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer support role or other relevant customer-facing positions.

• Experience with Zendesk is highly preferred, though not mandatory.

• Comfortable learning and operating across various technology platforms.

• Ability to learn swiftly and adapt to changes quickly.

• Capable of resolving issues efficiently and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in connecting with others in a manner that is efficient, effective, and empathetic.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to excel in team environments.

• Demonstrates patience and kindness; capable of teaching others.

• Responsible, takes initiative, and is self-motivated.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, though not required.

• An interest in design, art, and/or photography is a plus.

• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.

• Availability to work on weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

• Flexible scheduling; hours depend on workload and are not guaranteed.
