This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

• Engage with clients in their residences to assess their needs and suggest personalized window treatment solutions.

• Develop design options that are customized to fit each client's aesthetic preferences and financial constraints.

• Assist clients throughout the purchasing journey and finalize sales on-site.

• Oversee your own schedule, including appointments and follow-up communications.

• Cultivate additional business opportunities through referrals and local networking efforts.

• Provide an outstanding experience from the initial consultation to the final installation.

• A naturally outgoing individual who enjoys fostering relationships and assisting others in their decision-making processes.

• Driven by results and enthusiastic about the potential for unlimited earnings.

• Self-assured, receptive to coaching, and comfortable working autonomously in the field.

• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple appointments throughout the week.

• No previous design experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
