This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Review and analyze architectural drawings to create shop drawings for various types and sizes of projects.
• Complete shop drawings promptly and in accordance with company standards.
• Manage project information, notes, and documentation utilizing proprietary software.
• Ensure that project-related inquiries are addressed as necessary.
• Interpret architectural and MEP drawings in conjunction with internal cost estimates.
• Model and draft shop drawings for submittals, BOM production, and installation processes.
• Primarily draft Division 10 specialties, with potential involvement in Divisions 09, 11, 12, 22, and related areas.
• Solve problems independently while coordinating with project team members.
• Collaborate with co-workers and diverse stakeholders to achieve client objectives.
• Strong skills in problem-solving and communication.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Revit as a modeling and data management tool.
• Capability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, construction management, and/or a minimum of 3 years of drafting experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven remote environment with strong independent time management skills.
