Design Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in providing compliant, high-quality waterproofing design documentation for both commercial and residential projects.

• Engage with clients and internal teams to develop effective design solutions.

• Compile reports to ensure compliance in design and material selection.

• Annotate design documentation and offer technical guidance.

• Draft and produce 2D and 3D CAD details along with shop drawings.

• Generate compliance reports and performance-oriented design briefs.

• Utilize necessary project management software effectively.

• Keep timesheets updated to monitor independent work.

• Operate under the supervision of senior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with AS4654.1, AS4858, and NCC Volumes 1 and 2.

• 1–2 years of experience in design coordination, project management, or waterproofing consultancy.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Bluebeam for drafting, markups, and design assessments.

• Strong knowledge of Australian waterproofing standards and compliance regulations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Ability to manage a diverse workload and tasks independently.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a professional team.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time.
