Desenvolvedor Python – Sênior, IA Generativa

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop backend applications and APIs using Python and FastAPI.

• Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.

• Create tools utilized by Artificial Intelligence agents.

• Integrate AI agents with corporate systems and internal applications.

• Develop connectors for knowledge bases and solutions based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Integrate applications with Generative AI services and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Implement authentication, authorization, and application security mechanisms.

• Develop unit tests and integration tests.

• Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and metrics for solutions.

• Produce technical documentation and support the evolution of application architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development.

• At least 2 years of experience working with Generative AI solutions.

• Proficiency in Python 3.10 and above.

• Experience with FastAPI and/or Flask.

• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await).

• Experience with Pydantic.

• Development and consumption of REST APIs.

• Knowledge of software architecture and best development practices.

• Experience in unit testing and integration testing.

• Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and/or SQL Server.

• Knowledge of vector databases such as Qdrant, pgvector, MongoDB Atlas Vector Search, or similar.

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.

• Understanding of prompt engineering.

• Experience with LLM integration and AI agent development.

• Knowledge of Git and code versioning.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).

• Understanding of CI/CD practices.

• Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and collaborating with global teams (a plus).
