This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Support for production systems, including the identification of bugs and failures.

• Involvement in discussions and decisions regarding architectural improvements.

• Application of system development methodologies to assist in identifying issues and opportunities for enhancement.

• Process modeling, monitoring, and optimization.

• Gathering additional data (business, integrations, and technical aspects).

• Conducting unit and integrated testing.

• Maintenance and creation of Queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, and Views.

• Management of ticket queues based on ITIL best practices.

• Communication with users and support for production activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software development.

• Proficiency in Java 1.8 or higher and Java EE 5: EJB, Servlet, JDBC, Swing, and WebServices.

• Experience with Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Aspose, Jasper, Oracle Toplink, and Quartz.

• Familiarity with Microsoft SSIS.

• Experience with DB2 and SQL Server databases.

• Proficient in using Eclipse, Maven, Ant, and SVN.

• Experience in production support and user communication.

• Knowledge of ITIL for incident, problem, and change management.

• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.

• Intermediate English skills.

• Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken, for meetings and communication.

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.

• Desired knowledge in .NET, Oracle PL/SQL, WebSphere, and DevOps.
