This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement AI agents

• Design, code, and deploy end-to-end full stack applications

• Architect workflows for autonomous agents

• Create connectors, microservices, and integrations via APIs with AI providers

• Ensure security, low latency, and scalability of integrations

• Analyze current processes and databases

• Structure efficient data pipelines and prepare infrastructure for AI models

• Serve as a technical reference for the internal development team

• Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for AI development

• Assist in solving complex engineering problems

• Monitor and optimize performance, API costs, token consumption, latency, error rate, and accuracy

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on profile, curious, with strong critical thinking and quick learning abilities

• Proven practical experience with LLMs, including GPTs, Claude, and Gemini

• Mastery of prompt engineering

• Experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, and n8n

• Experience with low-code/no-code AI platforms

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into applicable solutions for Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations

• Skill in influencing people, leading change, and advocating innovative ideas to leadership

• Basic/intermediate knowledge of Python focused on data/AI is a plus

• Previous experience in startups or innovation hubs is a plus

• Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban is a plus
