Desarrollador Java Backend – APIs, Microservicios

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

• Implement security mechanisms using Spring Security.

• Develop and integrate RESTful Web Services and APIs.

• Work with relational databases for querying, storing, and processing information.

• Create and execute unit tests using JUnit.

• Participate in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.

• Conduct maintenance, issue resolution, and enhancements on existing components.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the fulfillment of technical requirements and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher education.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Java Developer, API, or Microservices.

• Previous essential experience in projects for Banamex.

• Proficiency in Java 8 or higher, preferably Java 21.

• Experience with Spring Boot.

• Knowledge of Spring Security.

• Familiarity with RESTful Web Services and APIs.

• Experience with relational databases.

• Understanding of CI/CD processes.

• Unit testing experience with JUnit.

• Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

• Candidates must be from CDMX or the Metropolitan Area.
