Desarrollador Fullstack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Ensure the translation of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) requirements into functional and high-quality software.

• Guide the development team in implementation and ensure technical excellence in every line of code.

• Design and develop the most technically complex components of the MVP.

• Establish and enforce coding standards to facilitate maintainability and scalability.

• Lead code reviews to guarantee maintainable, efficient, and secure software.

• Collaborate with the QA Innovation Leader to facilitate test automation.

• Work with the Solutions Architect to ensure adherence to the defined architecture.

• Partner with POs and other stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and resources.

• Monitor development progress and manage risks.

• Ensure effective use of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Implement and oversee code review, automated testing, and continuous integration.

• Make decisions regarding software architecture, technologies, and coding standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• .NET Core / .NET 6 or higher.

• ASP.NET Core.

• Entity Framework Core.

• Development of REST APIs.

• React.

• JavaScript ES6+.

• TypeScript.

• HTML5.

• CSS3.

• Bootstrap or Material UI.

• Software quality.

• Good engineering practices.

• Degree in Software Engineering, Systems, or related fields.

• 3 years of experience developing solutions for the financial sector.
