This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Comprehend and organize the existing software code.

• Develop new code and add functionalities to pre-existing modules.

• Engage in both back-end and front-end development.

• Manage and optimize databases through queries, modifications, and structure.

• Document changes made to ensure traceability.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite the development process.

• Participate in internal technical development meetings.

• Provide support for the development and maintenance of management software for golf clubs and sports resorts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a developer working with PHP and JavaScript.

• Proficient in managing MySQL databases.

• Ability to understand and work with legacy code without altering its logic.

• Autonomy, resilience, and the capacity to resolve issues from start to finish.

• Seriousness and commitment to meeting deadlines.

• Collaborative attitude and effective communication skills.

• Availability to overlap with Spain's schedule.

• Mid-level experience as a developer, implied in the sought profile.

• Experience with AI development tools (Codex, ChatGPT, Claude) is a plus.

• Previous experience in management software (ERP, CRM, SaaS, or similar) is advantageous.

• Proficiency in tools like MySQL Workbench or DataGrip is desirable.

• Experience working with production-level software is a plus.

• English skills (not mandatory, but beneficial) are valued.
