Dermatology Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver veterinary dermatology consultation services remotely through phone, email, and video conferencing for Zoetis Diagnostics clients.

• Engage with clients on clinical case management strategies.

• Support clients in interpreting lab results and provide guidance on subsequent diagnostic actions and ongoing case management.

• Collaborate with other board-certified specialists to assist clients across various global markets.

• Coordinate with global diagnostic customer support and technical support teams.

• Help enhance the consultation request, performance, and completion platform.

• Build and maintain cooperative relationships with Zoetis teams, clients, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

• Promote continuing education and mentorship opportunities.

• Contribute to improvement initiatives and other projects.

• Identify and implement enhancements to the consulting service and troubleshoot issues.

• Offer specialized dermatology insights to other areas within Zoetis Diagnostics and PetCare.

• Create and deliver continuing education materials for Zoetis Diagnostics clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified specialist in dermatology (ACVD, ECVD, or RCVS Diploma in Veterinary Dermatology).

• Over 5 years of experience in Specialist-level Veterinary dermatology.

• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills; proven effectiveness as a team player.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Deep commitment to service excellence.

• Proficient relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently while maintaining the required quality standards.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other essential computer skills.

• Authorized to work in the US; sponsorship may be considered at Zoetis's discretion.
