Dermatology Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver veterinary dermatology consultation services remotely through phone, email, and video communication for Zoetis Diagnostics clients.

• Collaborate with other board-certified specialists to provide guidance to customers across various international markets.

• Coordinate with global diagnostic customer support and technical assistance teams.

• Help enhance an innovative platform for consultation requests, performance tracking, and completion.

• Cultivate positive, cooperative relationships within Zoetis as well as with clients and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

• Support continuing education and mentorship initiatives.

• Engage in improvement projects and other relevant initiatives as needed.

• Recognize and implement strategies to enhance the consulting service and address issues.

• Offer specialized dermatology insights to other departments within Zoetis Diagnostics and PetCare upon request.

• Provide virtual consultations concerning clinical case management, interpretation of laboratory results, next diagnostic actions, and ongoing case handling.

• Create and deliver continuing education content for Zoetis Diagnostics clientele.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified specialist in dermatology (ACVD, ECVD, or RCVS Diploma in Veterinary Dermatology).

• Over 5 years of experience in Specialist-level Veterinary dermatology.

• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively as a team member.

• Superior verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Deep commitment to service excellence.

• Proficient in relationship-building.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other fundamental computer skills.

• Must possess or secure authorization to work in the US for Zoetis.
