This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Direct the strategic direction, development, and implementation of account plans and partnerships with Leading Health Systems and Integrated Account Teams in Dermatology.
• Achieve mutually agreed-upon objectives focused on market growth and brand accessibility opportunities.
• Comprehend healthcare market landscapes, business drivers, priorities, capabilities, organizational structures, operational methods, external influencers, and decision-making authorities of key accounts.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with executive-level customers including C-suite, D-suite, therapeutic department heads, and essential decision-makers.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and decision-makers in alignment with account plans and objectives.
• Collect pertinent data to develop and refine Strategic Account Plans.
• Establish SMART objectives and tactics aligned with Key Performance Indicators.
• Track progress towards goals and implement corrective actions to uphold Strategic Account Plans.
• Identify and analyze account and customer requirements and connect Pfizer’s value proposition to meet those needs.
• Foster trust and maintain customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Build connections with internal and external decision-makers and manage stakeholders throughout various projects.
• Lead and support high-performing Integrated Account Teams in collaboration with cross-functional specialists and Pfizer stakeholders.
• Enhance understanding of local market dynamics and customer motivations.
• Influence Key Account Management initiatives at local, regional, or national levels.
• Share and disseminate successful practices throughout the region and nation.
• Lead execution activities in alignment with the directives of Pfizer business leaders.
• Negotiate based on Pfizer’s and strategic account requirements, market insights, approved strategies, and suitable negotiation techniques.
• Summarize negotiations, document agreed actions, and establish monitoring processes.
• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous working relationships with most of the aligned accounts are essential.
• A minimum of 2 years in a promoted position and/or developmental role demonstrating leadership among peer and managerial groups.
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical/marketing/sales sectors is required.
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is necessary.
