This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Implement territory and account strategies to stimulate demand and meet sales targets within a specialized dermatology market.
• Establish reliable connections with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Convey clinical and product messaging utilizing approved promotional materials to sway prescribing practices.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to enhance appropriate patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan engagements, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in compliance with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management partners.
• Assist in product launches and provide field insights to guide brand strategy and implementation.
• Participate in mandatory virtual training sessions from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree combined with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or relevant therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citations in the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• 3–5 years of experience in specialty sales, preferably within dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Experience engaging with key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making capabilities, and strategic thought processes.
• Strong digital engagement skills, including proficiency with Veeva Engage and Zoom.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of all business points within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts/office locations within the territory.
• Ability to stay overnight as needed based on territory size and business requirements.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. with any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
