This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement territory and account strategies to stimulate demand and meet sales targets within a specialized dermatology market.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Communicate clinical and product information utilizing approved promotional materials to influence prescribing patterns.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement procedures, and patient support resources to enhance appropriate patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan outreach, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in compliance with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams.
• Assist with product launches and provide field insights to shape brand strategy and execution.
• Promote the adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic and compliant engagement with healthcare providers across assigned accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate’s degree accompanied by 8+ years of relevant work experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of applicable work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; marketing in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices; or relevant therapeutic healthcare provider experience.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that adheres to company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify candidates from consideration.
• 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Strong comprehension of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Proven experience engaging with key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Demonstrated business acumen, data-driven decision-making skills, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Robust digital engagement skills, including proficiency in Veeva Engage and Zoom.
• Ability to reside within a practical commuting distance of all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all account/office locations within the territory.
• Capability to stay overnight as required based on territory size and business requirements.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is mandatory.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Attendance at mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026, is required.
