This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement territory and account strategies to generate demand and meet sales targets within the specialty dermatology sector.
• Cultivate reliable relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Communicate clear clinical and product information using approved promotional materials to influence prescribing patterns.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement routes, and patient support services to enhance appropriate patient accessibility.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in compliance with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams.
• Assist in product launches and share field insights to shape brand strategy and execution.
• Promote Pfizer dermatology products in compliance while helping customers understand their appropriate use.
• Mitigate access and workflow challenges to enable more patients to begin and continue therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with over 8 years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with over 10 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; marketing in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device fields; or related therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid US driver’s license and driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the last 7 years will result in disqualification from employment.
• 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• A solid understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Experience engaging with key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in digital engagement tools, such as Veeva Engage and Zoom.
• Capability to reside within a feasible distance of all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Availability to stay overnight as necessary, depending on territory size and business requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Must be able to attend mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
