This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.
• Implement territory and account strategies to generate demand and meet sales goals within a specialized dermatology sector.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office personnel through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Communicate clinical and product information utilizing approved promotional content to influence prescribing practices.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support systems to enhance appropriate patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, schedule calls, and identify growth prospects.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams.
• Assist in product launches and provide field insights to guide brand strategy and execution.
• Promote the adoption of Pfizer dermatology therapies among assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with dermatology practices and key opinion leaders to introduce products, ensure access, and deliver clinical value.
• Attend and engage in mandatory virtual training sessions.
• Travel to accounts and office locations within the designated territory, with overnight stays as required.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree accompanied by 8+ years of professional experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or relevant therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Strong comprehension of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thought processes.
• Proficient digital engagement skills (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom) and comfort with hybrid selling approaches.
• Ability to reside within a reasonable distance of all business points within the assigned territory.
• Capability to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Candidates must be authorized for employment in the U.S. by any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Willingness to participate in mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026.
