This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.
• Implement territory and account strategies to stimulate demand and meet sales targets within the specialty dermatology sector.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Convey clinical and product information utilizing approved promotional materials to impact prescribing practices.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement processes, and patient support resources to enhance appropriate patient access.
• Utilize data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan visits, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams.
• Assist in product launches and provide field insights to shape brand strategy and execution.
• Engage healthcare providers, office staff, and key opinion leaders across designated accounts.
• Compliantly promote Pfizer dermatology products and aid customers in understanding their appropriate use.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; marketing in these fields; or equivalent therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• Must live within a reasonable distance of all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Capability to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Attendance at mandatory virtual training from November 16 through December 18, 2026, is required.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Preferred: Strong comprehension of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Preferred: Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Preferred: Demonstrated business acumen, data-driven decision-making skills, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Preferred: Proficient in digital engagement tools, such as Veeva Engage and Zoom, with comfort in hybrid selling environments.
