This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of software releases across various projects.
• Collaborate with program and project managers to ensure timely releases that meet quality standards and align with overall project goals.
• Aid in managing release timelines and supervise multiple simultaneous releases.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment while keeping risks and issues visible and manageable.
• Acquire practical experience with version control systems, deployment automation tools, and release scheduling applications.
• Communicate release timelines, milestones, and updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Identify, monitor, and help alleviate risks associated with releases.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold high-quality and reliable release processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Release Management and Program/Project Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in communications.
• A minimum of 2 years managing or contributing to complex, multi-team projects.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Familiarity with release automation and deployment tools.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git-based platforms.
• Background in managing concurrent releases across extensive programs.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative software delivery environments.
• Must have US work authorization without any current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
