📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in the development of Evergreen’s fundraising program

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Fundraising Director to nurture and enhance relationships with foundation funders

• Oversee a portfolio of current funders and potential prospects

• Formulate effective fundraising strategies

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with funders

• Lead the creation of proposals and conduct reporting

• Discover new funding opportunities

• Collaborate across various departments to grasp program priorities

• Convert intricate policy and campaign initiatives into attractive prospects for philanthropic investment

• Enhance Evergreen’s fundraising capabilities and assist the organization in its next phase of growth

• Availability for full-time employment

• Proven experience in establishing and managing a fundraising program

• Experience in managing portfolios of foundation funders and prospects

• Capability to devise effective fundraising strategies

• Expertise in cultivating and stewarding relationships with funders

• Experience in leading the development of proposals and reporting processes

• Ability to identify new funding avenues

• Proficiency in understanding program priorities and translating complex policy and campaign work into compelling philanthropic investment opportunities
