Deployment Strategist – Global Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Engage with key customers to comprehend their AI transformation objectives and pinpoint challenges in customer-facing and operational processes.

• Manage flagship deals from start to finish, encompassing use-case identification, structuring commercial terms, and closing transactions.

• Integrate with key customers, serving as a trusted partner, spending significant time onsite, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.

• Recognize high-impact use cases and work alongside Forward Deployed Software Engineers to put them into action.

• Advise customers on best practices for product deployment, including agent design, orchestration, and readiness for production.

• Define applications in emerging industries and broaden the reach of AI solutions across global sectors.

• Present findings and proposals to technical teams as well as C-suite executives.

• Provide field insights to Research teams to influence the platform and model development roadmap.

• Create and deliver demonstrations of ElevenAgents and other AI technologies.

• Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to transition agents into production and achieve measurable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience engaging with customers in a technical role; direct experience with enterprise customers is preferred.

• Background in product development, delivery, and change management.

• Proficient in participating in deal discussions, formulating value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles.

• Basic knowledge of Python and familiarity with API integrations.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to manage complex and ambiguous projects while delivering results.

• Flexibility to adapt across various customer environments, industries, and technical scenarios.

• Technical knowledge and familiarity with common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks.

• Capacity to align enterprise use cases and workflows with AI systems.

• Proficiency in English and Danish.

• In-depth understanding of regional and cultural differences.

• Willingness to travel frequently for customer onsite visits.
