Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Engage with strategic customers to gain insights into their AI transformation objectives and identify challenges related to customer-facing and operational workflows.

• Take ownership of flagship deals from start to finish, which includes identifying use cases, structuring commercial agreements, and facilitating the closure of deals.

• Develop a deep relationship with strategic customers, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure successful delivery outcomes.

• Recognize high-impact use cases and work in collaboration with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to execute them.

• Advise customers on best practices for implementing ElevenAgents, covering aspects such as agent design, orchestration, and readiness for production.

• Explore potential applications in new industries and broaden the reach of AI solutions across global sectors.

• Present results of work and future proposals to both technical teams and C-suite executives.

• Collaborate with Research teams to incorporate field insights into the platform and its models.

• Create and present demonstrations of ElevenAgents and broader AI technologies.

• Work alongside customer engineering and executive teams to transition agents to production and achieve measurable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a technical role working directly with customers.

• Preference for direct experience with enterprise customers.

• Background in product development, delivery processes, and change management.

• Comfort in engaging in deal discussions, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles in collaboration with GTM partners.

• Basic knowledge of Python and familiarity with API integration.

• Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven experience in taking ownership of complex and ambiguous projects and delivering successful outcomes.

• Flexibility to operate across various customer environments, industries, and technical applications.

• Technical proficiency and familiarity with common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks.

• Capability to creatively align enterprise use cases and workflows with AI systems.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Strong understanding of regional and cultural nuances.

• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site customer engagements.
