Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Engage with key customers to grasp their AI transformation objectives and pinpoint challenges within customer-facing and operational workflows.

• Take full ownership of flagship deals from start to finish, encompassing the identification of use cases, structuring of commercial terms, and completion of deals.

• Integrate with strategic customers as a reliable partner and manage delivery outcomes.

• Identify significant use cases and work alongside Forward Deployed Software Engineers to execute them.

• Advise customers on best practices for product deployment, including agent design, orchestration, and ensuring production readiness.

• Assess applications in new industries and broaden AI solutions across global sectors.

• Present results of work and future proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.

• Collaborate with Research teams to incorporate field insights into the platform and models.

• Create and present demonstrations of ElevenAgents and related AI technologies.

• Partner with customer engineering and executive teams to launch agents into production and achieve measurable business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience working with customers in a technical role.

• Preferred experience with direct enterprise customers.

• Background in product development, delivery, and change management.

• Strong commercial instincts and comfort in engaging in deal discussions, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles.

• Basic knowledge of Python.

• Familiarity with API integration.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects and deliver results.

• Flexibility to adapt across various customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.

• Technical proficiency and understanding of common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks.

• Capability to align enterprise use cases and workflows with AI systems.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• In-depth understanding of regional and cultural nuances.

• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Argentina.

• Willingness to travel regularly for customer onsite engagements.
