Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage closely with customers to grasp their processes and systems, identifying key challenges.

• Facilitate discovery sessions with enterprise clients to comprehend their workflows, limitations, and success criteria.

• Establish the scope, success metrics, and integration strategies for pilot programs and full rollouts.

• Convert customer requirements into detailed deployment strategies for engineering teams.

• Oversee deployment coordination among Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and eliminate obstacles throughout the deployment process.

• Assist with production launches, ensuring that solutions are effectively adopted and function as expected.

• Supervise deployed agents and initiate follow-up enhancements based on actual usage data.

• Discover additional use cases and opportunities for expansion with customers.

• Spend time on-site with customers to address challenges, respond to inquiries, and verify that solutions provide value.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in roles focused on deployment, technical execution, or operational tasks.

• Ability to clarify ambiguous issues and transform them into actionable plans.

• Familiarity with APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• A proactive ownership attitude and a tendency towards decisive action.

• Interest in developing and deploying AI-driven systems in practical settings.

• Preferred: experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or forward-deployed positions.

• Preferred: prior hands-on engineering experience.

• Preferred: experience with production software launches.

• Preferred: background in high-growth or early-stage companies.
