This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive deployment activities for designated installation projects
• Create project timelines, execution strategies, and resource management plans
• Supervise installation and subcontractor expenses to ensure budget compliance
• Assist in subcontractor selection, bid assessments, and scope analysis
• Monitor project advancement, potential risks, and deliverables
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Relay project updates, schedules, and milestones to clients and management
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Service teams
• Maintain project records, including schedules, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation
• Facilitate equipment startup, commissioning, and system validation
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure installation quality and adherence to scope
• Offer technical support and scope clarification to installers and subcontractors
• Identify and address field issues to minimize impacts on schedule or costs
• Ensure smooth transition from installation to service and support teams
• Identify, document, and manage change orders and out-of-scope activities
• Assist in contract modifications and customer negotiations
• Monitor financial performance of projects and assist in cost forecasting
• Provide feedback from the field to Engineering and Product teams
• Support training programs for internal teams and subcontractors
• Advocate for and maintain company and site safety protocols
• 3–5 years of project management experience in HVAC controls, building automation systems (BAS), mechanical systems, or similar commercial construction settings
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, HVAC, or a related technical field
• PMP certification is advantageous
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and installation methods
• Familiarity with BAS/DDC controls and low-voltage electrical systems
• Proficient in reading construction drawings, wiring diagrams, and project specifications
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities
• Highly organized with a strong focus on detail
• Capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
• Comfortable operating independently in dynamic field environments
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% domestically
• Flexibility for occasional after-hours support, commissioning tasks, and limited travel
