Deployment Lead – Accounting Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee essential aspects of customer onboarding and deployment to ensure a seamless and prompt implementation experience.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to carry out implementation strategies and address customer challenges.

• Evaluate client accounting and finance processes, converting needs into precise requirements and actionable solutions.

• Assist customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption phases.

• Facilitate data migration, reconciliations, system configurations, and integration coordination.

• Monitor milestones, ensure follow-through, and synchronize both internal and external stakeholders.

• Recognize risks, escalate issues, and keep customer launches on schedule.

• Cultivate trust with customers by providing responsive, thoughtful, and solution-focused support.

• Maintain documentation and deliver regular status updates to both customers and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in accounting, audit, advisory, finance transformation, or a related customer-oriented position.

• Solid foundation in accounting principles, including financial close processes, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and fundamental finance workflows.

• Knowledge of IFRS and/or UK GAAP.

• Exceptional communication abilities and a knack for engaging directly with customers and senior stakeholders.

• Systems-oriented and eager to learn about implementation tasks.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple workstreams concurrently.

• Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced environment while upholding meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams across functions.

• Background at a Big Four firm, SaaS company, or a rapidly growing technology firm is advantageous.

• Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom for this position.
