This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of JPC services within the Wireless SoCal division.

• Lead and mentor department staff, offering subject-matter expertise.

• Assess production, output, quality metrics, and performance data of Field Inspectors.

• Monitor and report on monthly production and completion figures for relevant milestones and service tasks.

• Track JPA/JPC requirements, metrics, documentation, and activities specific to customers.

• Prepare, review, and submit deliverables, reports, trackers, supporting documents, and milestone records for customers.

• Handle Form 44 billing operations, ensuring documentation validation, milestone completion, and billing readiness.

• Assist the JPC Director and Customer Representatives with program implementation, reporting, issue resolution, escalations, and special requests.

• Manage JPA denials and documentation related to contested, disputed, or conflicting transactions.

• Attend or represent the Customer in relevant JPC meetings.

• Maintain precise records for the department and document JPA/JPC activities in both customer and internal systems.

• Coordinate with field staff, project teams, utilities, Joint Pole Associations/Committees, and customer stakeholders.

• Prioritize tasks, coach staff, and provide performance assistance.

• Identify operational risks, process deficiencies, and opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, reporting, and customer service.

• Comply with occupational safety regulations, industry standards, and Circet USA safety protocols.

• Engage in job site safety and hazard assessments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; or at least five (5) years of relevant industry experience in lieu of a degree.

• Relevant experience should encompass Joint Pole Association (JPA), Joint Pole Committee (JPC), utility, pole attachment, wireless telecommunications, or similar infrastructure programs.

• A minimum of two years of project management, team leadership, or supervisory experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in JPA/JPC processes, pole attachment standards, utility coordination, field inspection tasks, milestone tracking, denials, contested transactions, and relevant documentation.

• Experience in managing field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, or cross-functional project teams, ensuring accountability for productivity, quality, timelines, and customer expectations.

• Capable of interpreting contracts, customer expectations, utility/JPA documents, billing standards, technical records, and project-related documentation.

• Experience in generating customer deliverables, production reports, performance metrics, milestone tracking, and documentation supporting billing and program reporting.

• Ability to manage and engage with customers, utilities, Joint Pole Associations/Committees, field personnel, project teams, and other internal and external stakeholders.

• Proven experience in project and process management, including identifying workflow gaps, resolving issues, managing competing priorities, and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Ability to forecast workloads, monitor production and quality, manage program effectiveness, and support financially successful projects in compliance with contractual obligations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of preparing clear documentation, leading meetings, presenting status updates and issues, and professionally representing the Customer when necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and effectively utilize customer and internal project-management, tracking, and reporting systems.
