Dental Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Recruit Dental Assistants, Registered Dental Assistants, Treatment Coordinators, Office Managers, and various other dental professionals.

• Source qualified candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Conduct video interviews and assess candidates effectively.

• Oversee multiple open positions across different organizational locations.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain contact with candidates throughout the process.

• Manage the hiring workflow utilizing the UKG ATS.

• Strive to meet weekly hiring objectives.

• Keep precise records and reports pertaining to recruitment activities.

• Follow up with new hires and assist with 30-, 60-, and 90-day retention strategies.

• Identify top-tier candidates, fill roles efficiently, and contribute to the development of long-term teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in dental recruiting is required.

• Background in recruiting for dental practices, orthodontic groups, or dental service organizations (DSOs) is essential.

• Familiarity with dental roles and their specific qualifications.

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates using Indeed and LinkedIn.

• Strong skills in interviewing and communication.

• Ability to independently manage multiple job openings.

• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-up abilities.

• Comfortable working towards recruiting goals and adhering to deadlines.

• Experience with UKG or other applicant tracking systems is preferred.

• Must reside and work within the United States.

• Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours is required.
