Dental Hygienist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with managers to evaluate needs and formulate a recruiting strategy

• Create job requisitions and advertise job openings

• Identify and source licensed Hygienists through various recruiting tools, methodologies, and social media platforms

• Assess, qualify, and suggest candidates for interviews

• Partner with the Academic team to attract talent from colleges, universities, and Hygiene programs

• Participate in job fairs as necessary

• Oversee the candidate selection and interview procedures

• Handle negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management with candidates and new hires

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within a strategic, high-paced environment

• Experience in healthcare is advantageous

• Excellent communication skills

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

• Proficiency in recruiting software and Excel

• Preferred candidates should reside in Central or Eastern Standard Time

• Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and academic/networking events
