This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Facilitate engaging, hands-on training sessions for dental professionals and their teams as they integrate intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Guide teams through real-time observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting training as necessary.
• Encourage timely case submissions by addressing obstacles, emphasizing clinical urgency, and fostering confidence.
• Collaborate with clinicians and practice leaders to promote scanning habits and aid in early adoption.
• Evaluate outcomes during the initial 30 days and pinpoint specific coaching opportunities.
• Provide field insights to help develop scalable resources, enhance onboarding processes, and improve future training sessions.
• Assess readiness in relation to clinical workflows, team dynamics, and equipment availability.
• Work with internal teams to guarantee that resources, messaging, and tools are prepared prior to training.
• Tailor training methodologies based on practice size, complexity, and clinical objectives.
• Act as a trusted clinical advisor to dentists, practice managers, and operational leaders.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology.
• Strong understanding of intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Proficient in gaining the trust of clinicians and staff by linking clinical value to tangible outcomes.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Reside in proximity to a major airport or transportation hub.
• Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff across various roles.
• Able to work independently in the field and make real-time adjustments to plans.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
• Capable of modifying tone and approach for diverse audiences, ranging from hygienists to C-suite executives.
• Solutions-oriented and customer-centric approach to onboarding, training, and adoption.
• Experience using intraoral scanners in a clinical environment is required on the application form.
