This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage all open claims within the timeframe specified by management.
• Monitor open claims via portals and phone calls to identify reasons for unpaid claims.
• Take all necessary steps to resolve claims and secure payment.
• Resubmit claims with all required documentation and information when needed.
• Maintain effective communication with offices.
• Provide completed reports to offices outlining their responsibilities and the support from the team.
• DENTAL INSURANCE CLAIMS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION.
• Ability to interpret and communicate insurance regulations effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, accurate, and thorough.
• Flexible; adapts work schedule to accommodate changes in the work environment and manages competing priorities effectively.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• High School Diploma required; advanced degree preferred.
• Preferred experience of three to five years in commercial insurance or Medicaid.
• Experience in a medical or dental practice is preferred.
• Competent in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Familiarity with dental or medical software; Dentrix is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to evaluate the development needs of auxiliary practice staff.
• Knowledgeable in creating and delivering training course materials.
• Must have strong skills in interpersonal communication, analysis, critical thinking, attention to detail, multitasking, and both oral and written communication.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Fully remote role.
