Dental Billing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver billing, collections, and payment posting services for dental clinics and service providers across the United States.

• Generate precise claims to ensure swift and optimal reimbursement.

• Monitor the status of insurance claims.

• Appeal, amend, and resolve any denied or rejected insurance claims.

• Collaborate with dental clinics to collect necessary information for claims support.

• Recognize patterns in claim denials and rejections, implementing corrective policies to prevent future occurrences.

⛳️ Requirements

• OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES.

• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Medical Billing will have a greater likelihood of being chosen.

• Familiarity with various types of insurance policies, including PPO, HMO, and MediCal (preferred but not mandatory).

• Capability to navigate Healthcare Practice Management systems (preferred but not mandatory).

• Understanding of dental anatomy and general dentistry procedures (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

• Proficient data entry skills (40 WPM or higher).

• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, primarily night shifts.

• Capacity to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a backup option.
