Billing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage billing operations and conduct quality reviews of the revenue cycle.

• Develop procedures that ensure compliance with billing regulations.

• Conduct regular audits to pinpoint areas for performance enhancement.

• Collaborate with analysts to assess and assign values to issues.

• Oversee projects focused on continuous improvement.

• Act as a communication bridge between billers and the agency.

• Maintain overall billing compliance and protect revenue integrity.

• Confirm patient details and verify insurance coverage.

• Process claims and address billing inconsistencies.

• Partner with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to streamline financial transactions.

• Promote patient satisfaction through effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.

• Holding valid Auto Insurance.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Home Health Quality Auditing, Billing, Back Office, and Supervisory roles.

• Preferred experience with HomeCare HomeBase.
