This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, design, and execute high-quality, data-driven sales intelligence tools.
• Assist in sales and operations planning (S&OP).
• Deliver precise customer demand data along with consistent reporting for manufacturing and financial forecasts.
• Supervise the daily activities of Demand Planners.
• Manage the complete demand signals process and enhance inventory levels using traditional forecasting methods, AI, and machine learning.
• Offer guidance to the team and resolve escalated issues effectively.
• Perform performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and development opportunities.
• Drive company initiatives and process enhancements as a change agent.
• Suggest relevant statistical models and analyze previous demand history.
• Track actual demand and market trends, recommending adjustments to monthly forecasts.
• Collaborate with Product Management on product phase-in and phase-out strategies.
• Represent North America in global demand planning discussions.
• Work with Channel Marketing on campaign forecasting and relay decisions to S&OP Demand Planners.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain is preferred, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales forecasting is necessary.
• Proven experience or strong familiarity with AI forecasting applications and demand-sensing technologies.
• Proficient in analyzing and conveying numerical data through analytical skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Power BI/Domo, is required.
• Experience in leading or developing teams, either directly or through project management.
• Able to leverage data analytics to influence business decisions and achieve results.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade stakeholders within and outside of the Supply Chain.
• Travel may be necessary.
