Demand Planning Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the sales planning initiative, ensuring adherence to the S&OP calendar and the precision of SELLOUT and SELLIN plans, with an emphasis on coverage, stockouts, and trends.

• Actively engage in the sales forecasting process, particularly for new product introductions, validating assumptions and rationales, creating scenarios, and aligning the strategy with business goals and objectives.

• Cultivate strong relationships with the Category Management, Sales Channels, Financial Planning, and Supply Chain teams.

• Monitor and enhance WAPE, MAPE, and BIAS metrics.

• Oversee and facilitate the development and improvement of the planning tool in collaboration with the Analytics team.

• Lead a team with diverse levels of seniority, promoting their optimal performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Preferred graduate degree in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Proven experience in team management.

• APICS certification is advantageous.
