This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the demand engine that brings Seer’s offerings to market through various campaigns, programs, and continuous follow-up.
• Design and execute comprehensive demand campaigns across email, social media, events, communications, paid advertising, and outbound efforts.
• Oversee the strategy, curation, production, and reporting of the newsletter.
• Manage the Signal webinar series and the organization’s presence at events and conferences, including promotion, logistics, and follow-up activities.
• Execute PR, communications, referral-partner, and conference initiatives to expand owned audiences and foster warm conversations.
• Develop and implement campaigns, emails, workflows, and lifecycle steps using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
• Experiment with content formats and channels, assess performance, and scale successful strategies.
• Take responsibility for program KPIs and marketing reporting.
• Leverage AI to enhance program production, enablement, and case study development while maintaining Seer’s distinctive voice.
• Familiarize with systems, data, and the program calendar; take charge of newsletter production.
• Set up performance tracking and establish 3/6-month targets.
• Manage the webinar program from start to finish.
• Conduct a campaign across at least three different channels.
• Handle day-to-day execution of HubSpot campaigns in collaboration with RevOps.
• Implement reporting for campaigns, events, and enablement activities.
• Suggest and execute a brand-new performance enhancement initiative.
• Proven experience in managing B2B demand generation end-to-end, including campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and events.
• Accountability for performance metrics linked to demand-generation initiatives.
• Practical experience in multiple channels, such as SEO and paid media or a combination of paid media and analytics.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
• Excellent program management capabilities.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling case studies or review blog posts.
• Capability to establish repeatable systems rather than depending on one-off executions.
• Background in client engagement, account management, or client-facing strategy roles.
• Experience in driving organic account growth.
• Digital agency experience, particularly in pitching or contributing to new-client proposals (bonus).
• Familiarity with Pipedrive, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (bonus).
• Annual evaluation of compensation.
