Delivery Systems Administrator – Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary administrator and technical specialist for the organization's delivery platform, showcasing in-depth knowledge of ClickUp.

• Design, configure, and sustain the platform architecture, which includes hierarchy, custom fields, templates, dashboards, forms, permissions, views, and relationships.

• Oversee platform governance, documentation, standards, and overall system health.

• Collaborate with the Head of Delivery to implement enhancements to the platform that support the delivery operating model.

• Assess new platform functionalities and suggest improvements to boost usability, scalability, and organizational effectiveness.

• Create, implement, and maintain workflow automations that minimize manual effort and enhance consistency.

• Develop and maintain AI Agents, Skills, and AI-assisted workflows.

• Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes through automation and intelligent workflows.

• Develop and maintain integrations between ClickUp and other business systems.

• Investigate emerging AI and automation capabilities and propose practical applications.

• Construct executive dashboards and operational reports for insights into delivery performance.

• Ensure accurate, consistent, and well-governed operational data to support reporting and decision-making.

• Convert operational requirements into scalable platform configurations and workflow enhancements.

• Partner with Delivery Leads and business stakeholders to refine delivery workflows, reporting, and system adoption.

• Continually identify opportunities to enhance organizational execution through tools, automation, and operational practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience administering ClickUp in a medium or large organization.

• Expert-level knowledge of ClickUp architecture, including hierarchy, dashboards, automations, custom fields, permissions, templates, forms, relationships, and reporting.

• Proficiency in designing workflow automations, AI Agents, Skills, and system integrations.

• Strong systems thinking with the capability to design scalable operational workflows and enhance business processes.

• Experience in developing executive dashboards and utilizing operational data to inform decision-making.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation abilities.

• Capability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while independently managing multiple priorities.

• Preferred: experience supporting Delivery, PMO, Product Operations, Business Operations, or Program Management organizations.

• Preferred: experience integrating ClickUp with third-party platforms utilizing APIs or automation tools.

• Preferred: familiarity with Agile software development and portfolio management.

• Preferred: experience with SQL, scripting, business intelligence platforms, or advanced reporting tools.

• Preferred: experience implementing AI-enabled operational processes.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
