Delivery Operations Coordinator – IT Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a team of 12 consultants through consistent one-on-one meetings, constructive feedback, and developmental objectives, while identifying early signs of potential departures.

• Welcome each new team member, manage their access and paperwork, and maintain engagement during their initial weeks.

• Collaborate with the EOR on contracts, onboarding materials, work permits, PTO and payroll inquiries, proactively addressing issues before they escalate.

• Ensure that all consultants' documents remain valid and compliant, and manage embassy and visa communications.

• Monitor leave balances and certification renewals, and motivate individuals to utilize their time off.

• Oversee upcoming contract renewals, contribute to pricing and cost analysis, and guide each renewal process through to completion.

• Approve timesheets and expenses using Productive and manage client reimbursement invoicing.

• Develop a regular working relationship with the Dubai-based regional project manager, assist with some account management, and ensure all escalations are addressed until resolved.

• Organize quarterly team gatherings in Cairo and foster a sense of connection within a distributed team.

• Proven experience in managing and mentoring a remote team within the IT sector.

• A history of conducting performance evaluations and crafting development plans.

• Practical experience working with EORs.

• Strong foundation in HR administration and documentation processes.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• A problem-solver's mindset: you quickly address issues and take responsibility until they are resolved.

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
