Delivery Manager – Heating and Cooling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end integration and optimization roadmap for heat pumps.

• Manage the Integrations Team and the network of heat pump partners.

• Formulate requirements for partner software and hardware solutions.

• Conduct root cause analyses to ensure high stability of the platform.

• Maintain a comprehensive overview of heat pump optimization issues within the Heartbeat technology framework.

• Monitor and report on workstreams, ensuring alignment with other teams.

• Assist in the software delivery process for heat pump optimization solutions.

• Collect requirements and collaborate with both local and international teams regarding market demands.

• Work directly with heat pump Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) on their interfaces.

• Define, implement, assess, deploy, and enhance heat pump optimization solutions.

• Advocate for best practices and uphold high technical standards.

• Propel innovation initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Support OEM partners in adapting and integrating their solutions with 1KOMMA5° systems.

• Ensure dependable operation for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate technical projects that encompass both hardware and software products.

• Extensive knowledge of communication protocols common in the renewable energy and HVAC sectors, such as Modbus and EEBUS.

• Experience or a strong enthusiasm for developing innovative energy market solutions.

• Proven experience in performing root cause analyses of technical issues and heat pump integrations.

• Commitment to maintaining a well-documented knowledge base.

• Capability to resolve technical challenges in collaboration with internal and external partners.

• Ability to take ownership of project execution and communicate effectively.

• Agile, product-oriented mindset.

• Team-oriented approach.

• Excellent written and spoken skills in both English and German.

• Bonus: Experience with EEBUS and Modbus TCP hardware integration.
