Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of modern technology projects from initial planning to final launch.

• Partner with Product, Operations, and Application Engineering teams to define objectives.

• Coordinate smooth releases and ensure that deliverables adhere to quality standards.

• Align resources, eliminate obstacles, and provide clear updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Advocate for Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout Application Engineering initiatives.

• Promote self-organization, continuous improvement, and a culture of psychological safety.

• Identify and eliminate barriers to progress.

• Facilitate discussions, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution.

• Improve transparency and engagement with stakeholders.

• Assist in refining and maintaining the product backlog.

• Lead with a mindset centered on servant leadership.

• Work with Operations to monitor defects and ensure that SLAs are achieved.

• Utilize AI tools and analytics for effective planning, risk management, and optimization of deliveries.

• Encourage automation and insights driven by AI.

• Integrate advanced technologies into delivery workflows.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager.

• Strong grasp of software development lifecycles.

• Strategic mindset and exceptional communication abilities.

• Proven leadership skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and fostering transparency.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Proficient in Agile/Scrum frameworks.

• Familiarity with Jira, JSM, and Confluence.
