Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and deployment of PAR Retail’s Platform for both new and existing clients

• Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and external partners to guarantee high-quality, timely program delivery

• Facilitate workshops and meetings among cross-functional teams

• Take ownership of the complete project delivery process, encompassing scope, timeline, budget, and quality

• Establish rapport with project teams, customers, and business stakeholders as a reliable point of contact

• Manage change, close communication gaps, resolve conflicts, and promote alignment

• Identify risks and inter-team dependencies while driving mitigation strategies

• Provide consistent status updates and escalate issues along with proposed solutions

• Lead multiple simultaneous projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines

• Navigate uncertainty and provide clarity in a dynamic environment

• Drive measurable results, including predictability, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction

• Perform additional duties as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Agile Delivery utilizing Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies

• At least 3 years of experience in Technology/Software Project Delivery

• Relevant certification(s) are advantageous: CSM, CSP, SAFe, or PMP

• Over 2 years of experience using Jira and Confluence

• Experience in the retail and/or payments sector is a plus

• Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and listening skills; capable of conveying technical topics to various stakeholder levels

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
