This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Assess competing requests in relation to capacity, deadlines, and dependencies, then recommend delivery sequences for CTO approval.
• Ensure senior and business stakeholders adhere to their commitments, while also addressing late changes, out-of-process requests, and unrealistic timelines.
• Develop and negotiate delivery plans while monitoring those confirmed by the CTO.
• Identify blockers and delays proactively, offer solutions, and elevate significant risks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in Asana for all initiatives and requests.
• Transform discussions into ownership assignments, milestones, timelines, dependencies, decisions, and actionable next steps.
• Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria prior to engineering commitments.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders and perform light business analysis to convert ambiguity into actionable specifications.
• Oversee the execution, testing, releases, incidents, support, rollout, and follow-through on adoption.
• Take charge of user acceptance testing prior to release.
• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to quickly develop prototypes, scripts, and internal automations.
• Enhance operational processes without excessive formalities.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and coordinate between engineers and business stakeholders from request through to release, rollout, and adoption.
• A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in software Project Management/Delivery Management, preferably in outsourcing or IT services.
• Proficient in professional Ukrainian.
• Strong Upper-Intermediate English skills, with a minimum of B2; C1 is preferred.
• Experience managing 2–4 workstreams.
• Comprehensive experience from the discovery or intake phase through to production release, including maintenance, support, or incident management.
• Capable of interviewing stakeholders and drafting requirements without the assistance of a dedicated Business Analyst.
• Practical experience managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, change requests, and communication with stakeholders.
• Technical understanding of APIs, environments, QA, regression, deployments, rollbacks, databases, and incident management.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar software.
• Exhibits calm judgment, polite persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Significant experience with tools like Asana, Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Previous experience in Business Analysis or Quality Assurance is a significant advantage.
• Direct experience working with clients from the UK, US, Canada, or Europe and with distributed engineering teams is beneficial.
• A technical degree, coding background, PMP, Scrum certification, and experience in EdTech are considered optional.
