Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Ensure adherence to internal best practices for delivery within the team.

• Effectively communicate across both technical and non-technical groups.

• Enhance team productivity, resolve challenges, and foster agile capabilities.

• Lead ongoing planning throughout product delivery, including post-launch support and realization of benefits.

• Identify and address team dynamic challenges while aligning daily tasks with the product vision.

• Collaborate across various stages of product delivery alongside Customer Success and Product Lead.

• Supervise a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.

• Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring ongoing engagement.

• Oversee internal and external resources to guarantee successful initial deployments with suitable governance and benefit assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Agile project management, showcasing successful methodology implementation.

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Proven history of managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery.

• Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong grasp of technology and its applications, particularly in AI/Data Science products.

• Commitment to continuous learning, keeping up with industry trends in Agile practices.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing work environment.

• Agile certifications such as CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP are a plus.

• Experience with distributed teams, AI/Data Science products, or the insurance sector is an advantage.

• Proficiency in English, with the ability to speak and write in additional languages, particularly German or French, is a bonus.
