This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee the comprehensive project delivery process from initial intake to ongoing production support.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive-level reporting.
• Act as the Scrum Master and leader for Agile delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, eliminate obstacles, enhance team performance, and mentor stakeholders.
• Lead the implementation of Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to convert requirements into secure, scalable, and measurable results.
• Drive the discovery process and refine requirements.
• Convert approved initiatives into prioritized epics, features, user stories, and actionable backlogs.
• Coordinate technical dependencies, integrations, environments, risks, and release activities.
• Oversee testing, defect management, user acceptance, deployment readiness, and post-production validation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide effective executive communication.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure transparency around delivery progress, risks, and priorities.
• Establish Agile governance and maintain delivery metrics and RAID tracking.
• Report on project health, milestones, risks, and business value.
• Promote continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, automation, and lessons learned.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and expert support for Business Transformation and IT-related projects.
• Define project objectives, requirements, impacts, alternatives, testing strategies, and contingency plans.
• Lead complex analyses and evaluate potential solutions.
• Supervise project teams and tasks, coordinating resources effectively.
• Communicate project status updates to management.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess workflows and user needs for technology enhancements.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Extensive experience in project leadership.
• Background in project and business planning and consulting.
• Experience in planning and implementing corporate projects.
• Proven ability to research, identify, and resolve moderately complex to complex business challenges.
• Experience in staffing and coordinating project teams.
• Proficient in analyzing and defining project resource and skill requirements.
• Ability to manage and resolve changes in scope, timing, costs, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Experience in preparing cost proposals and justifications.
• Knowledge of AAA Branch and/or Home Office and/or Insurance sectors.
• Proficiency in PC software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and MS Project.
• Familiarity with project management tools like GANTT charts, Pert charts, and Project Professional.
• Understanding of measurement tools for monitoring goal achievement.
• Knowledge of techniques for problem identification and resolution.
• Ability to analyze and summarize data effectively.
• Understanding of planning and controlling workflows.
• Capability to achieve defined objectives within established timelines.
• Proficiency in analyzing, compiling, and interpreting data.
• High level of subject matter expertise.
• Ability to evaluate complex systems and business processes, recognizing interdependencies.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including report preparation and presentation of significant reports.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening if offered employment.
