Delivery Lead – Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the effective technical execution of client projects.

• Manage project scope, mitigate technical risks, and guarantee that solutions are delivered punctually and meet enterprise standards.

• Serve as the chief architect for designated accounts.

• Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures and integrations tailored for complex enterprise environments.

• Facilitate technical workshops, architectural assessments, and discovery sessions.

• Provide expert advice to C-level executives, IT Directors, and platform owners as the primary technical authority.

• Write and review essential code utilizing JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Node.js.

• Incorporate AI tools such as LLMs, Copilots, and AI agents into the software development lifecycle and client deliverables.

• Offer technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor the development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of software engineering experience, including roles at an Architect, Principal Engineer, or similar level.

• Extensive background as a Delivery Lead, Technical Engagement Manager, Forward Deployed Architect, or in similar positions within a B2B enterprise SaaS setting.

• Profound, hands-on full-stack development expertise with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Node.js.

• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing expectations, navigating technical challenges, and building trust with enterprise stakeholders.

• Proven track record in leading the technical delivery of intricate software projects from discovery to launch.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development methodologies and the integration of AI functionalities into software solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous, fully remote environment.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly with UI Builder, integrations, custom components, or portal architecture.
