
Delivery Lead, Enterprise Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the largest active enterprise program from inception to go-live, managing all phases of the business case.
• Supervise Program Managers overseeing multi-quarter enterprise business system initiatives and expand the team as the portfolio grows.
• Establish delivery standards for enterprise system and transformation programs, which include stage gates, testing, cutover discipline, and go-live readiness evidence.
• Manage vendor and systems integrator delivery, ensuring partners meet commitments and addressing performance issues through governance forums.
• Cultivate effective working relationships with business system owners across Finance, Sales, HR, and IT, while maintaining accountability for delivery within the tower.
• Direct the internal delivery team across various sectors, including infrastructure and cloud operations, enterprise architecture, AI-enabled functions, regulated business functions, and the data platform.
• Oversee intake and demand triage for shared services work, applying engagement criteria and maintaining a prioritized portfolio.
• Develop strategy and business cases for shared services work, aligning priorities with the CIO.
• Execute against approved business cases while managing third-party expenditures, vendor fees, hardware, and licensing within project budgets.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and go-live confidence via the EPMO Intelligence Portal.
• Foster team development utilizing the EPMO career progression framework.
• 10–12 years of experience in program management, specifically with named CRM, ERP, or HRIS deployments delivered end to end.
• Proficiency in at least one complete lifecycle from business case development through stabilization.
• Experience in leading a program where a business function, rather than the delivery team, was responsible for the system and requirements.
• Management of vendors and systems integrators during significant deployments.
• Experience in people leadership while managing a small team of senior practitioners.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver against an approved business case and manage third-party expenses, vendor fees, hardware, and licensing within a fixed project budget.
• Familiarity with delivering in regulated environments such as SOC 2 or PCI DSS.
• Strong executive-facing communication skills and experience in presenting delivery risks to senior leadership and functional executives.
• Experience in operating an intake and demand triage model against a limited resource pool.
• Proven track record in leading internal shared services, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture delivery.
• PMP or an equivalent certification is required.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is necessary.
• Preferred: Experience with data platform or analytics consolidation programs.
• Preferred: Experience in transformation programs that encompass multiple business functions.
• Preferred: Previous experience in an enterprise PMO.
• Preferred: In-depth knowledge of platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Dynamics, Workday, or SuccessFactors.
