Delivery Lead – Candidate Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of sourcers and manage the complete candidate generation process.

• Conduct interviews, hire, mentor, lead, and enhance the skills of a sourcer team.

• Organize workflow and assign job responsibilities effectively.

• Foster relationships with client teams while acting as the sourcing expert.

• Create and execute sourcing strategies that align with business objectives.

• Explore and assess cutting-edge sourcing technologies and tools.

• Establish qualified talent pipelines utilizing innovative approaches.

• Introduce new processes and practices that facilitate strategic sourcing and enhance organizational efficiency.

• Formulate formal recruiting strategic plans and analytics to measure team progress and accomplishments.

• Offer recruiting expertise regarding industry trends, new technologies, sourcing tools, and best practices.

• Lead Specialized Talent Sourcers and Senior Talent Consultants.

• Provide mentorship, conduct performance evaluations, and promote professional development.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Delivery Lead is essential.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant business field or an equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

• Minimum of 2 years in a managerial position within a sourcing or recruiting environment.

• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and management.

• Proficiency in creating and executing sourcing strategies.

• Ability to build and sustain talent pipelines.

• Solid analytical skills for assessing team performance and formulating strategic plans.

• Experience with complex Boolean strings, Chrome extensions, and social mining sourcing methodologies.

• Strong technical skills with ATS/CRM systems, leveraging technology to boost productivity and achieve goals.

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with innovative sourcing technologies and tools.

• Knowledgeable of current industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting.
